Speaking Fees and terms
Fees: Keynote presentations - Fees range from $3500 - $5000 + expenses for hospitals and corporate events where travel is involved.

Deposits: A 50% non-refundable deposit is requested within 30 days of contract signing. The remaining 50% payment is due the day of the event. You may deduct 5% if full payment is received in lieu of the deposit.
Travel Expenses: Travel expenses will be added to speaking fee. These include unrestricted round trip coach airfare, ground transportation, and moderate meals. Hotels should be guaranteed for late arrival and billed directly to your organization if possible.
Cancellation Policy: If the program is cancelled for any reason more than sixty (60) days prior to the agreed date, it's our policy to reschedule (within 12 months) for the same fee. If rescheduling is not an option for the client, the deposit will be retained by the speaker. Should you need to cancel the program sixty days or less before the date of the program the full speaking fee is due and payable by the date of the original program.
Media Interviews: Becky will make herself available for newspaper, radio and television interviews prior to the event if time allows.
A portion of the speaking fees will be donated to Breast Friends
